These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to rinseflexible.world and your purchase or use of products and services offered by Rinseflexible, including personalized evening checklists, Sleep Kits, and Evening Pathways materials designed to support structured evening and wind-down habits. By accessing the website or ordering a product, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law. Products are informational planning tools for evening routines and are not substitutes for professional advice where your situation requires specialized support.

3. Product Descriptions and Pricing

Product features and prices are listed on our Sleep Kits page in U.S. dollars. We strive for accurate descriptions of checklist scope, revision rounds, and delivery timelines. If an error affects your order, we will offer correction or cancellation before substantial customization begins.

4. Ordering and Delivery

Orders are initiated through contact or checkout communications specifying the desired Product. Delivery is digital unless otherwise agreed. Typical delivery is within five business days after we receive sufficient routine information. Delays caused by incomplete client inputs are not considered Company fault.

5. License and Use of Materials

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use delivered checklists for yourself or your household as described in your Bundle tier. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish checklist content without written permission. You may print copies for personal use.

6. Revisions

Revision entitlements match your Product tier. Revision requests must be submitted within thirty days of initial delivery unless a quarterly refresh is included in your Bundle. We may decline requests that fall outside the original product scope; additional work may be quoted separately.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate evening routine information, review checklist items for personal suitability, and apply steps at your own pace. You are responsible for maintaining backups of delivered files and for device security where materials are stored.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and the website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific sleep outcomes; checklists are planning aids whose results depend on individual consistency and context.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rinseflexible shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of Products or the website. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of Products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you supply for personalization.

11. Intellectual Property

Website design, templates, branding, and original checklist frameworks remain the property of Rinseflexible. Personalized wording incorporating your inputs is licensed to you as described in Section 5. Feedback you provide may be used to improve templates without identifying you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend access to the website or refuse future orders if you breach these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on rinseflexible.ddd. Material changes apply to new orders after the posted date. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted.
